Any goods that are found to be faulty will be exchanged and your return postage paid.
The goods will be inspected and, if faulty workmanship is confirmed, a refund will be made or a replacement will be sent depending on your requirement.
We do reserve the right to return goods to the manufacturer for a chemical analysis to verify any material stress caused by washing at an incorrect temperature or failure to follow the care instructions for both the garment and embellishment.
We try to give you as much information about product sizes as possible prior to your order. Once goods have been printed/embroidered with your logo, it is not possible for that item to be returned for a different size.
We will exchange goods if they are plain garments and you have chosen the wrong size but please note:
- Before returning, ring Freephone 0800 0190 552 and get a Returns number which must be noted and sent back with the article you wish to exchange.
- Any goods being returned must be unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.
The above does not affect your statutory rights.
When ordering workwear, remember that the material used is much stronger than fashion clothing and therefore will not give or stretch as normal clothing tends to do. Please ensure that you choose a size that is large enough.
If goods are returned that are not faulty or being replaced with a different size a restocking charge of 20% of the value of the purchase will be applied.
