We can provide your team with a complete personalised event clothing, from smart shirts with your company logo through to that more casual look of printed t shirts.
Our friends at Old Hall Performance are all set up ready for their latest show, Professional Motorsport World Expo, in Cologne. Dan is looking very smart in one the Premium Contrast Oxford shirts that we supplied and embroidered for them.

We also like using Facebook, you’re welcome to find us and contact us there.
We had a great time supporting the Moor Park 10k on Sunday 1st October. The Fun Run raises money for the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre, the support and information service for people affected by cancer at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre in Northwood, Middlesex.
Our mobile printing service meant that contestants for this Fun Run could have their race t shirts personalised on the day, before or after taking part in the tough 10k!
Our mobile printing setup comprises of a computer, heat-press printer and cutter and as our picture shows we can set up anywhere!
It was a pleasure to help The Lily Mae Foundation with their Balsall Common Fun Run this month. We printed the fun run t shirts that were given out to the runners as pictured above.
The Fun Run was a great success with over 600 runners and walkers taking part. So much so that runners are being asked to pencil in Sunday 23 September 2018 for next year’s Fun Run. The event raises money for The Lily Mae Foundation charity which offers support for parents who suffer a Stillbirth or Neonatal Death.
Acorn Printing started life in Balsall Common over 30 years ago and we like to keep strong connections with the community.
We’re very proud to be sponsoring the Balsall Common Festival again this year. This is the 5th year we’ve been involved with the Festival. Although we’re just based a few miles away in Coventry we started in Balsall Common at 295 Kenilworth Road over 30 years ago!
There should be a great mix of live music and entertainment with over 5000 people expected to visit the festival.
The Festival takes place on Saturday 23rd September 2017. For more information visit http://bcfest.co.uk/
The Coventry Motofest 2016 takes place this weekend Saturday 4th June and Sunday 5th June around Coventry city centre and the ring road.
The Motofest is a celebration of Coventry’s connection to transport industry and involves a huge range of activity around the city including static displays of classic vehicles, music, food and, above all, live motorsport.
Acorn’s very own Duncan Horlor will be putting in another Motofest appearance in a single seat racing car (suitably liveried in Acorn Printing colours) on the ring road-based long track.
Duncan is very enthusiastic about the event:
“Coventry has a proud history of involvement in the motor industry and it’s only right that we celebrate that tradition.
It’s important to note that the festival also recognises the role of the city in the future of transport. Not only do we have Jaguar Land Rover and a host of suppliers, we also have both Coventry University and the University of Warwick involved in cutting edge R&D.”
Apart from the signage on Duncan’s racing car Acorn provides graphics, custom awnings, flags, and promotional team wear for a number of motoring clubs and societies.
The Festival is a super community event which brings together local residents, businesses, clubs and charities to have fun and raise money for good causes.
In 2015 the weekend surplus was just under £17,000.
The fun starts on the Saturday with a fete and country market from 12.30pm until 5pm. The Party in the Park also starts at 12.30pm and features loads of entertainment, street food, a Kidz Zone and the final stages of the “Balsall’s Got the Voice” competition, finishing at 9.00pm. On Sunday the focus switches to the fun run: 5k or 10k.
We’ll be on-hand to help on the day and provide our printing expertise to promote the fun.
Acorn Printing started life in the village and we still have strong connections with the community.
A quick search on Google will tell you that our Colleges and Universities are a hot-bed of cultural, social and commercial activity. And they educate people too.
There is constant stream of conferences, exhibitions, seminars and lectures that are intended both for the student body and for a wider audience.
Acorn Printing has got rather good at supporting the promotion and management of College events with our ability to customise a huge range of clothing and merchandise, with t-shirts at the top of the pile.
This is a truly community event that brings people together for fun, leisure, sports and entertainment. Surplus funds from the event are distributed to deserving local groups and charities. Last year the surplus was an impressive £7000.
On Saturday 19th there is a Fete and Country Market followed by the Party in the Park, which includes a variety of fun event and activities and culminates in the finals and semi-finals of Balsall’s Got the Voice. On Sunday 20th there is a Fun Run organised by the Lily Mae Foundation that provides the choice of a 5k or 10k race.
Acorn Printing is one of the sponsors of the events and we will be around to provide hands-support during the Festival.
The company was first established in the village and although the expansion of the business meant that we had to move into bigger premises in Coventry we still have strong connections with the community.
The very wonderful Coventry Motofest is running this weekend (29th-31st May 2015).
It’s a fantastic opportunity to show off the Acorn sponsored Spire GT3 race car, which will be driven around the 1.5 mile sprint circuit by our very own Duncan Horlor.
Duncan is really looking forward to the Motorfest:
“As a Coventry-based business we are delighted not only to support such an important and exciting home town event but also to soak in the rich motoring history of the city. The Le Mans Triumph Spitfires on display this weekend were built very close to our offices, for instance.”
“Nowadays we participate in the 750MC racing series and also supply the organisers and some of the teams with a variety of customised promotional items such as scarves, badges and awnings.”
