The full zipped hoodie is catching on although it may be the blue rinse and OAPs can’t get their arms high enough to get a standard hoodie on. On the other hand it just maybe for sport, they may be quicker and easier to get on and off at the track.

Clive Horlor, Acorn’s MD confirmed that 2008 had been a very busy year for the hoodie and with the fantastic range of colour s and styles available believes the autumn will see an even bigger growth in the humble hoodie.

A new year a New Look

Acorn wish you all a Happy new year. Our Sales office opens on the 2nd of January and we are all excited about the new ranges that will be added during this month for the year. Ralawise are bringing out a new Hoodie under the brand name of AWDis with 30 colours being availabe. It’s 80% cotton and weighs in at 280gsm and sizing 36″ through to 52″ chest. As soon as stock is available it will appear on the website.

New Fairtrade Hoodie arrives on time

Acorn have bought their own Fair trade hoodie into the country for 2008. Managing Director Clive Horlor comments that the limited supply in the UK has prompted the Company to take this step so they can continue to satisfy the Student market for fair trade clothing. It is a market that has grown rapidly over the last 12 months and this growth has seen supply problems.

The New Fair trade hoodie is priced very competitively with the standard hoodies. Colours available at the moment are Navy,Black & Grey, further colours will be added to the range later in the year. Visit the web site for more details.
